Junior Varsity Training Program

This camp is for experienced high school rowers looking to improve their skills. We will be training across all boat classes, both sweeping and sculling, to help athletes develop skill and experience to propel them forward.

Athletes must have at least one year of rowing experience unless cleared by a coach.  The focus is largely technical with the goal of getting athletes proficient, comfortable, and fast across small boats.

Instruction will include working on the individual stroke, balance, and blade work and will be adapted to an individuals skill level.  At the end of the camp athletes will get to test out their new skills and there will be a small inter-squad competition.
